Restaurant booth cost: compare the complete scope

Understand booth pricing units, upholstery allowances, repairs, freight and installation before comparing restaurant furniture quotes.

US BOOTHS / PRACTICAL BUYER GUIDE

At a glance.

Compare complete installed scopes, not isolated headline prices. New booths may be quoted per unit, per run or by linear length; upholstery, table components, delivery, installation and tax may be separate. US Booths confirms custom pricing against the approved dimensions, materials and scope in a written project estimate.

Make every quote describe the same furniture

Record the quantity, straight or curved shape, overall dimensions, back treatment, base finish and upholstery reference. Identify whether a double booth is one back-to-back unit or two separate pieces. Ask which exposed backs and ends are finished.

Separate manufacturing from the last mile

A furniture price does not establish unloading, inside delivery, assembly or anchoring. Include destination ZIP, access constraints and required site work. Keep freight estimates distinct from confirmed delivery arrangements; ask when a transport price expires.

Compare renewal and new seating fairly

A recover-only price cannot be compared directly with a replacement booth that includes new structure and foam. Ask for separate allowances for padding, spring or frame repair, disposal and temporary service disruption. Obtain a revised scope if dismantling reveals damage.

Questions & answers.

How much does a restaurant booth cost?

The price depends on the specific model, dimensions, quantity, upholstery, construction and delivery scope. Use a current product listing where available or request a project estimate. Compare the exact specification and all included services before treating any published price as your project total.

Is the price per seat, booth or linear foot?

The quote must identify its unit. A per-foot banquette price and a per-unit double booth price are not directly comparable until lengths, usable seating and included components are reconciled.

Are tables included with booth seating?

Only when the listing or approved quote says so. Confirm tabletop, base, mounting hardware and assembly separately instead of assuming a photograph shows everything included.

What information makes an estimate more useful?

Send a measured plan, quantities, shape and back style, material preferences, project ZIP, access photos and target date. Mark unknown dimensions and distinguish new fabrication from reupholstery.

Can I use my own fabric to reduce the price?

Ask the team to review it first. Usable width, pattern repeats, direction, seams, material suitability and extra handling can affect the requirement and cost. Purchasing fabric first can leave insufficient or unsuitable material.

How can I compare two booth quotes?

Use the checklist below to normalize dimensions, quantities, finish, upholstery, padding, tables, freight, installation and exclusions. Request written clarification of missing items; an omitted line is not proof a competitor does not offer it.
