Restaurant booth availability: stock, build time and delivery
Distinguish in-stock furniture, made-to-order production, dispatch and arrival before committing to a restaurant opening date.
US BOOTHS / PRACTICAL BUYER GUIDE
At a glance.
A live listing and a target opening date do not establish a delivery commitment. Confirm the exact model, quantity, material, current availability and destination. Separate manufacturing completion, carrier dispatch, arrival and installation in the written project schedule.

Freeze the exact specification first
Model changes, custom sizes, upholstery selection and unfinished approvals can change readiness. Identify the approved version and required quantity. A quantity shown for one variant is not evidence that a different finish is ready.
Ask which milestone a date describes
Production completion, ready-for-pickup, carrier collection and arrival are different milestones. Include the destination ZIP, receiving hours and handling needs. Ask what remains conditional and who will confirm the next date.
Keep the opening plan reversible
Do not remove functioning seating solely because a product is advertised online. Agree a sequence for removal, transport, storage and installation. If timing changes, review an approved alternative instead of silently substituting a material or design.
Compare the decisions that matter.
| Decision | What to compare | Before approval |
|---|---|---|
| Availability | Exact variant and quantity | Current product response |
| Production | Approved dimensions and materials | Defined start and completion milestone |
| Transport | Dispatch and destination constraints | Carrier and receiving arrangements |
| Installation | Site readiness and responsibilities | Separate agreed installation scope |
Questions & answers.
Does US Booths guarantee quick-ship booths from this page?
No blanket quick-ship deadline is established by this page. Check the current product response and request written confirmation for the exact variant, quantity and destination before relying on a delivery date.
Link to this answerIs in stock the same as ready for installation?
No. Stock status does not establish transit time, unloading, inside delivery, assembly or site readiness. Those responsibilities and dates must be confirmed separately.
Link to this answerDoes a quoted lead time include shipping?
Only if the quotation explicitly says so. Ask whether the interval covers manufacturing, dispatch, transit or the complete delivery and installation scope, and which approvals start the clock.
Link to this answerCan a different upholstery change the delivery schedule?
Yes, the schedule must be reviewed when the specification changes. Obtain confirmation for the selected reference and quantity rather than carrying a date over from another variant.
Link to this answerWhat if my opening date is earlier than the confirmed delivery?
Tell the team the actual deadline and identify what is essential. Request a separately approved alternative or phased scope. A requested opening date does not itself make an unconfirmed delivery feasible.
Link to this answerCan I rely on an old screenshot of a product price or stock count?
No. Recheck the current listing and obtain confirmation for your order. Saved images and previous quotations can be references, but they do not prove present price, stock or a delivery reservation.
