Sketch the room
Draw the walls and label each wall length. Add doors, windows, columns and permanent fixtures.
Include a wide photo of the room and a photo of each wall.

Mark the seating area
Measure the available length and depth for each booth. Show the tables, nearby seating and walking paths on your sketch.
Measure the space available, rather than guessing the finished booth size.

Check access and obstacles
Record door openings, hallways, stairs and elevators along the delivery route. Mark outlets, vents and other obstructions.
Photograph narrow openings and any difficult turns.

Send your plan and photos
Share your labeled sketch, dimensions and site photos. Tell us the seating style you have in mind and which measurements need verification.
Final site verification and approved drawings govern production.
