Applies to: All US Booths affiliated entities, state operating companies, manufacturing entities, and authorized partners
1. PURPOSE & SCOPE
This Warranty Policy (“Warranty”) establishes the national warranty standards for products and services delivered under the US Booths brand.
This Warranty is issued and governed by US Booths Tech LLC as the national standards and governance entity and applies uniformly across all affiliated entities, including but not limited to state sales entities, manufacturing entities, and certified partners.
The Warranty applies exclusively to commercial, business-to-business (B2B) installations.
2. FRAME WARRANTY
Structural Frame Coverage
- Lifetime Warranty — Standard US Booths designs
- Five (5) Year Warranty — Fully custom or non-standard designs
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural failures that materially impact functionality, including but not limited to:
- Wood frame breakage
- Joint separation
- Structural instability caused by material defects or workmanship
Coverage applies only under normal commercial use.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse or abuse
- Unauthorized modifications
- Improper installation by non-authorized parties
- Relocation or reconfiguration after installation
3. CUSHION WARRANTY
Seat Cushion Coverage
- Ten (10) Year Warranty
This warranty covers loss of foam resilience or sagging resulting from normal commercial use.
Exclusions
- Cuts, burns, punctures, or abuse
- Improper cleaning or chemical damage
- Alterations performed by third parties
4. MATERIALS & UPHOLSTERY WARRANTY
Upholstery materials (including fabric, vinyl, leather, or specialty finishes) are covered solely under the original manufacturer’s warranty.
US Booths does not independently warrant upholstery materials.
Material claims must be submitted in accordance with the supplier’s warranty terms.
Examples of material suppliers include, but are not limited to:
- Charlotte Fabrics
- Nassimi
- Other approved vendors
5. WARRANTY DURATION & LOCATION LIMITATION
This Warranty remains valid only for the duration of the restaurant or commercial operation at the original installation location, operating under the same registered business name.
Relocation, sale, or rebranding of the business voids this Warranty.
6. CLAIMS PROCESS
To initiate a warranty claim, the client must submit a written request to:

The request must include:
- Business name
- Installation address
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photos or documentation
All US Booths projects completed after January 1, 2024 are recorded in the national system to maintain a permanent service and warranty history.
7. COSTS & LIMITATIONS OF REMEDY
US Booths’ obligations under this Warranty are limited to repair, replacement, or remediation at its discretion.
While labor for covered warranty repairs may be included, the client remains responsible for:
- Applicable taxes
- Shipping, freight, or transportation costs
- Replacement upholstery materials
Refunds or cash compensation are not offered under this Warranty.
8. NON-TRANSFERABILITY
This Warranty is non-transferable.
It applies solely to the original installation location and original contracting entity and may not be assigned or extended to new owners, locations, or third parties.
9. LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS
This Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Natural disasters or acts of God
- Intentional damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Repairs or modifications performed by non-authorized parties
- Use outside intended commercial purposes
10. GOVERNING AUTHORITY
This Warranty is governed by national US Booths standards and enforced through US Booths Tech LLC.
Local state entities and partners operate as delivery entities only and do not alter, expand, or override this Warranty.
