A fresh finish for your busiest seats.
Worn bar stool seats, tired cushions or a new restaurant palette? Review the covers, padding and frames before deciding what to renew.
Request a seating assessment
Start with the condition of the existing seats—not just the appearance of the fabric. Review the covers, cushions, frames, footrests and joints before choosing the work.
The same seat count can produce very different scopes. Request a written estimate that identifies what is included.
See the color in your room, feel a physical sample and review the cleaning instructions. Discuss the restaurant’s cleaning and material requirements before approving the finish.
Explore upholstery materials / Review seating carePricing depends on the number of stools, seat size, backrests, seams, upholstery material and cushion condition. Removal, transport and any frame work also affect the scope. Send a count and photos for an estimate that separates upholstery from additional repairs.
Reupholstery is worth evaluating when the frames are sound, the height fits the bar and the design still works. Compare the complete upholstery scope with replacement. Loose joints, damaged frames or stools that no longer fit the space may require a different approach.
Include cushion renewal in the assessment when seats feel flat, uneven or uncomfortable. A new cover alone will not restore worn padding. Foam thickness and support should suit the seat construction and intended use.
Compare commercial upholstery materials for cleaning requirements, wear, texture and color. Vinyl can offer a wipeable surface, but each product has its own care instructions. Review physical samples and manufacturer documentation before choosing.
Share booth photos and a material sample or product reference if available. Existing upholstery may have faded or been discontinued. Approve a physical sample before assuming an exact match across old and new seating.
Seat pads and upholstered backrests can be assessed together. Send front, side and underside photos so the shape, seams, attachment method and condition are visible. Decorative details and back construction affect the work required.
Provide your operating hours and the number of stools that can be removed at a time. A phased schedule may be possible, subject to the quantity, materials and agreed scope. Confirm collection and return dates before planning around them.
Frame and footrest repairs are separate from recovering the seat. Describe wobbling, cracks or damaged hardware in your request. The team must assess whether those repairs are feasible before confirming the scope.
Send the quantity, restaurant location, overall stool photos and close-ups of wear. Include seat dimensions if available, whether backs are upholstered, your preferred material and target date. Tell us about cushion or frame problems as well.
Send your seat count, restaurant location, photos and target date. We’ll review the request and confirm the next step and service scope.
