Work on a long restaurant banquette within the existing dining room layout.

02 / THE SEATING

Made for the room.

The photographs show the dark vertical-channel back and smooth seat alongside brown tufted seating. A process view documents the exposed wood seat base with the seat cushions removed, while other views show the assembled seating and upholstered rear face. Additional views show the long seating arrangement with upholstered end returns, segmented seat cushions and dining tables in place. Five historical reference photographs document the previous brown diamond-tufted design, including corner details and on-site work. These are presented separately from the later dark channel-back seating.
