Enmanuel Mayo is the founder and CEO of US Booths®, a Phoenix-based company that combines custom restaurant booth manufacturing with a complete software system for that manufacturing process. An upholsterer since age 12, he brings more than two decades of experience to a career that combines hands-on craftsmanship, software development, and manufacturing.
Upholstery has been a lifelong pursuit for Mayo. His interest in technology began in childhood, alongside the craft that would become his profession. Today, he brings those two disciplines together: preserving the knowledge of a time-honored trade while using technology to make its processes easier to understand, repeat, and manage.

A lifetime in upholstery
Mayo began learning upholstery at 12 years old. Over more than two decades, the trade became the foundation of his professional life. That background shapes how he approaches commercial seating: as a product that must bring together structure, materials, comfort, and the demands of daily use.
His work focuses on restaurant booths, banquettes, and upholstered seating for hospitality spaces. The experience behind US Booths began long before the company itself: decades in the craft, followed by the founding of US Booths in 2021.
Where craftsmanship meets software and IT
Drawn to technology from an early age, Mayo later attended Keiser University to study software development and information technology. His studies gave him another way to approach the work he already knew: breaking a complex process into clear steps and building systems around it.
He brings that thinking into upholstery and furniture manufacturing through US Booths: a complete software system for manufacturing restaurant booths, integrated with the work of the shop. It connects craft knowledge with the digital tools used to organize and manage the manufacturing process.

Mayo’s approach centers on simplicity: turning the craft into a clear, repeatable process supported by software. That combination is how he positions US Booths to compete nationally alongside much larger furniture manufacturers.
Since founding US Booths in 2021, he has led design, production, and installation for restaurants, cafés, hotels, and multi-location brands across the United States. The company builds straight, corner, U-shaped, curved, and specialty seating layouts, then ships and installs nationwide.

Teaching upholstery and sharing the craft
Mayo is also an upholstery educator. His professional background includes past participation in the National Upholstery Association as an Educator - Premium member.
His educational focus connects practical upholstery skills with the process behind the work: helping people understand how a product is made, why each step matters, and how craft knowledge can become a repeatable manufacturing method.
